Had an easy access to get an appt.The office is very clean and modern decor , beautiful furnishings and customer friendly layout.The front desk staff was very warm and cheerful,used an iPad to check in with all questionnaire that was a breeze!Lisa was my technician.She was absolutely amazing !!Lisa was Very knowledge and explained earth procedure before completing the exams!She was very patient and acvomodating!I felt so much at ease. The exams were fine efficiently snd painless.Great technology and machines.Dr. Gorham had the best smoke and welcoming presence!Soft spoken and also extremely knowledgeable and professional.He explained everything easily.Best eye doctor visit ever!

I received the SMILE procedure from Dr. Goel almost 3 years ago and it was one of the best decisions I have ever made. Being able to wake up and see perfectly without glasses or contact lenses is a true blessing! The freedom I experience now without having to worry about my eyesight has been life changing. I live quite an active lifestyle and I choose to get SMILE because it was less invasive than LASIK and it had a short recovery time. Within a couple days of the procedure, I was back swimming and surfing without any issues. If I could go back in time, I wouldve gotten this 20-minute procedure (10 minutes for each eye) done much sooner! I had never gotten any surgical procedure done before, but Dr. Goel was very kind and made me feel at ease about everything. He even meet with me on his day off to do a follow-up before my surfing trip. Ive recommended Dr. Goel and the SMILE procedure to everyone I know and after 3 years, I still stand by recommendation.If you are on the fence about getting laser eye surgery, just remember that everyday you hold off is one more day you dont get to see a clear world with your own eyes.
