I came here for a 2nd opinion on cataract surgery. The technician who ran the visual tests explained everything in detail, unlike any other tech Ive ever had. It was nice getting that personal attention and knowledge of what the tests were for. Dr. Goel was very down to earth and didnt mind my asking a lot of questions, unlike the first doctor I had seen elsewhere. I left there feeling that Dr. Goel had earned my trust and that when I do need cataract surgery, I will have him do it. The whole experience being in his office was unlike any experience Ive had with any of my other eye doctors. I just wish his office treated dry eye. He did give me advice on what to do for dry eye and gave me the name of some other places where I could go for treatment of dry eye. Overall, it was such a good experience.

Right from the start (the consultation), I had a wonderful experience at Goel Vision. The team is very responsive, efficient and friendly. I actually saw Dr. Goel during my consult. He is super attentive, patient and answered all of my questions. Scheduling my procedure was super simple (Samantha is THE BEST!). Everything ran very smoothly the day of my procedure and I could not be happier I made the choice to trust Goel Vision and Dr. Goel. I HIGHLY recommend this practice if you are considering Lasik or Refractive Lens replacement. It has been life changing. Thank you to the entire Team, including Samantha, the Nursing Team and especially Dr. Goel.

I felt welcomed as soon as I entered the office by the friendly and efficient receptionist ((Karen , I think). The technician (Crystal, I think) was very professional and kept me at ease. She was very efficient. She fulfilled my request by having Dr Goul examine me. Dr. Goul spoke in laymens terms and explained my double vision issue. He referred me to a specialist at GBMC. I was elated with everyone involved. They showed concern and my individual concerns were met; unlike my previous provider who had too many patients to see and did not give individual time to me. I will highly recommend Dr.Goul to anyone who needs it. Truly impressed.
