I felt welcomed as soon as I entered the office by the friendly and efficient receptionist ((Karen , I think). The technician (Crystal, I think) was very professional and kept me at ease. She was very efficient. She fulfilled my request by having Dr Goul examine me. Dr. Goul spoke in laymens terms and explained my double vision issue. He referred me to a specialist at GBMC. I was elated with everyone involved. They showed concern and my individual concerns were met; unlike my previous provider who had too many patients to see and did not give individual time to me. I will highly recommend Dr.Goul to anyone who needs it. Truly impressed.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Goel and his team! My LASIK treatment included fixing astigmatism in one eye. After my first treatment, one eye was perfect while the one with astigmatism was much better but annoyingly imperfect. Having given both eyes the required few months to heal and stabilize, Dr. Ma reevaluated my eye and scheduled me for a retreatment of that one eye. It's now been a few weeks since that retreatment, and both eyes see perfectly with the retreated eye continuing to heal.From initial consultation to retreatment post-ops, Dr. Goel and his team have shown excellent bedside manners, alleviated any concerns I had, took meticulous measurements of my eyes at every step, and treated me honestly, with respect, and with no pressure to commit to any procedures. Dr. Goel is an exceptional and very personable surgeon, who took time in the evening after my surgery to check in on me.If you are looking to have corrective vision surgery, I highly recommend a consultation with Dr. Goel and his team!

My experience from start to finish was amazing. The initial consult confirmed that I was not a candidate for laser correction, so I was presented an alternative called Refractive Lens Exchange. (similar to cataract but for vision correction) I have been struggling with my vision and corrective lenses for my entire life and was thrilled to know there was a permanent solution to correct. My surgery 10 weeks ago and my vision is 20/20. I still wake up and reach for my glasses and wonder if I am dreaming when I can see so perfect. The staff was amazing, friendly and professional the entire process. Dr Goel was informative, professional, kind and took the time to explain every question and concern I had leading up to surgery. I would give 10 stars if it was possible. Thank you Dr Goel and your entire team!
