At Goel Vision, I received excellent patient-centered care. From the reception staff to Dr. Goel himself, I always felt welcome, supported, and well educated on all treatment options, potential side effects, and expectations of the procedure. Ultimately, SMILE was what we collaboratively agreed would be best given my ocular health, lifestyle, and medical history. My vision is now better than ever. Dr Goel has a wonderful office staff in the Towson office (which is where I have been seen). Everyone is pleasant and eager to help with whatever you may need. Dr. Goel is also very personable and takes time to talk with you, make sure you have all questions answered and then has his very knowledgable staff set up surgery, followups, etc. He has a very thorough patient information folder, with everything you need inside, and has a great coordinator who follows up with you and makes sure everything is done correctly (Great job Samantha!). I have had one eye done so far and went from a VERY high myopia to 20 25 vision overnight (literally). Additionally, I had no pain during or after the surgery. I am looking forward to getting the next surgery soon and seeing again in the bright colors and crystal clear manner I used to!
