Excellent staff and Dr Goel is awesome! Very thorough consult (most thorough 2hr exam I've ever had), everyone answers all questions, and I had NO pain or side effects (because I followed the post-op directions and drops, drops, drops!!!) Even went in for an enhancement after 6 months- super fast and easy!I went from wearing glasses for over 40 yrs (Rx was -9.0 with astigmatism in each eye), highly sensitive to dust/debris (could NOT do contacts), terrified of anything in or near my eyes (or surgery), to 20/20 for distance in both eyes (just cheap readers for up close now).Actual procedure (regular Lasik) only took 10mins tops. No pain, irritation, dry eyes- nothing! Surgery was amazing- far better than I could have expected!Main thing is to follow your post-op instructions!!! (face shield at night, waterproof goggles for shower/washing face, sunglasses- even indoors, be VERY diligent and regular with your drops- especially the first 2-4 weeks (and regular drops the next few months), and do NOT rub your eyes!). Stick with that and you'll have success and no problems- Dr Goel does fantastic work!!!Would highly recommend anyone considering eye surgery to Dr Goel!

I am 2 months post Smile procedure. I have no words but thanks to Dr. Goel and his team for giving me back 20/20 vision. Dr. Goels calm nature a meticulous work is really what made the procedure so smooth. At no point did I ever feel pressured into going ahead with the procedure. Everything was explained and the process was so smooth. The only regret I have is that I waited this long to do it.

Ive talked to two places about LASIK and Dr. Goels practice stood out for their professionalism and patient-centered care. No one tried to rush me or pressure me about the procedure; they tested my eyes to see what I qualified for, explained my options in multiple ways, offered transparent pricing quotes on the spot, and then invited me to take my time to make a decision and to reach back out to the office if/when I was ready to schedule. Good doctors dont need to sell you on their treatments. Also shout out to the assistant, Blessing, who made my whole appointment fun and comfortable, as she explained every test and step in the process!
