Great office and fantastic staff. The patient experience is excellent. The service is top notch. You will feel welcome and comfortable when you walk in the door. Dr. Goel made me extremely confident in my decision by education and explaining the process and technical aspects in an easy to understand way. In my own business we take service and customer experience very seriously and I quickly can see when other people get it right.

From the consultation through the procedure and my first follow up everyone was pleasant in the office. Dr. Goel and his staff are all very personable, patient and answer every question without making you feel rushed. And I ask a lot of questions. I had the SMILE procedure done and pleased so far. I do not have full vision yet but everyday I see improvement. At my first follow up Dr. Goel and his staff made me feel even more confident about the procedure and the improvement of my eyesight.

Dr. Sonny Goel and the staff at Goel Vision gave me the confidence I needed to go through with the SMILE procedure.From my first consultation, to my recovery every step of the way someone was available by phone or text, and the online literature was an added bonus. I was able to watch videos and review information for my procedure days before and days after my procedure as well!I should have done this years ago! Thank you Goel Vision 5 Stars indeed!
