Im one week post op from my SMILE surgery with Dr. Sonny Goel and his team. This was by far the best experience I have ever had in a medical setting. Dr. Sonny and his team are some of the kindest people you will ever meet, and definitely the best you could ever hope for to oversee your laser surgery. From consult to post op, I felt so comfortable and cared for. Even right before my surgery, when my nerves were at their highest, no one rushed me. There was no pressure. Dr. Sonny listened to my worries and provided reassurance, and it wasnt until the procedure was fully explained to me and my questions answered that we headed into surgery. Surprisingly, I even laughed a few times during the procedure. It was fast, painless, and Dr. Sonnys energy was very soothing. He spoke to me the whole time, and even called later that night to check on me.Now here I am, one week later with 20/20 vision. Something I never thought was a possibilityand its truly thanks to Dr. Sonny. Im emotional even writing this, as it feels like my life is about to begin. I meanI can SEE! So, if you are currently reading reviews and wondering if this is something you should pursue, let me tell you this: I was in your shoes not more than a week ago, and I am beyond grateful and proud of myself for making this choice. My initial consultation was done at the Towson location. I had my Lasik Smile procedure done at the Columbia location. You can't go wrong with either location. The staff and Dr Goel are all friendly, informative and make you feel at ease. If I had to nitpick I would have liked Dr Goel to slow down just a little bit before going into the procedure room, it just felt slightly rushed. I would highly recommend Goel Vision to any of my friends or family and will do so in the future!

It has been a little over a month since my SMILE procedure, and I am extremely satisfied with the results. Wish I had done this sooner. Amy and Dr Liggins, who did my initial consultation at the Columbia location, were thorough and helpful in answering all my questions. The day of the procedure was smooth and so quick. Dr. Goel and the team really put you at ease. Highly recommend Goel Vision!
