Ive had extremely bad vision my whole life. I started feeling like I was running out of options and Im not a candidate for Lasik. I got RLE surgery (Im over 40) and its literally the best decision I have ever made. I was skeptical whether the surgery would be a success and it was. Everyone during the whole process was kind and I was very comfortable. My life has been officially changed. I would highly recommend.

I got SMILE done here. Their office is really great in terms of customer service. Dr. Goel and his staff explained the procedure in detail. They were really thorough in the examination to confirm I was a candidate. They gave me many opportunities to ask questions and addresses my fears honestly and completely. Dr. Goel was reachable before and after the procedure which built my trust. The procedure was so quick that even though I have lots of medical anxiety it was not bad. The next day? I could see well without glasses. I'm now a month post procedure and I'm not having trouble with dry eyes. It truly was worth it!

Dr. Goel and all the staff at the Columbia office were great to work with. Everyone was friendly, explained what was happening thoroughly, and made sure I was comfortable every step of the process. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I havent received any procedures just yet. I did notice that the team goes above and beyond for their patients/potential patients. I had a lovely experience during a consultation and the welcoming feeling solidified my decision. Belinda is an incredible human. They picked the right people to be part of the team! Ill be going back soon.

I had a great experience at Goel Vision, where I underwent ICL surgeries followed by a Lasik enhancement surgery six months later. The level of care, professionalism and kindness of Dr. Goel and his entire team has been nothing short of exceptional. My surgeries were a success, and my vision improved from basically blind (I had -10 diopters of nearsightedness and an additional ~2-3 diopters of astigmatism in both eyes before surgery, seeing only vague blobs unless the object was about 12 inches from my face.) to 20/20 vision in just six months. The results have been life-changing!One of the standout features of Goel Vision is their 24/7 nurse chatline. They consistently checked on me, tracked my symptoms and would periodically check in to make sure the symptoms are improving and pass any developments on to the doctor. I used this service multiple times when I had a question or a concern, and they were always highly responsive. On several occasions, when I mentioned a concerning symptom, the staff would promptly alert Dr. Goel, who would call me shortly after to address my concerns.The clinic's pricing is all-inclusive, which was a significant relief. I only had one financial transaction from start to finish and it was to pay for the ICL surgery. There were no additional charges for consultations, pre-op appointments, post-op appointments, or even the Lasik enhancement surgery. This transparency and fairness in pricing are truly commendable. Additionally, Goel Vision offers excellent financing options. I took advantage of their no-interest for 24 months offer through the Care Credit card, which made the financial aspect of the surgery much more manageable.The level of care provided by Dr. Goel and his team is unparalleled. Dr. Goel called me every night after the surgery to check on my progress and remind me of my aftercare instructions. On one occasion, when I mentioned having a headache, Dr. Goel came back to the clinic after hours to check and relieve my eye pressure, instantly curing my headache.Overall, I cannot recommend Dr. Goel and his entire team highly enough. Their level of care, transparency in pricing, and exceptional expertise make them the best choice for anyone considering eye surgery. I'm glad that my optometrist sent me here for my corrective surgery. I would highly recommend Goel Vision!
