    Dr. Goel and his staff were fantastic. The front desk receptionist and assistants were very welcoming and helpful. Dr. Goel had amazing bedside manner and put my nerves at ease. I did the SMILE procedure and it went very smoothly. They talked me through the procedure and made sure I was comfortable throughout the few minutes I was in the room. I felt very reassured and had all my questions answered. I did not feel like I was being rushed out of the office. They truly made sure to make you feel comfortable. Dr. Goel even called me that same night and asked how I was doing, which was very unexpected but very much appreciated. Healing well and very happy with my results.

    Went to both the Columbia and Towson locations and all the staff were very friendly and informative. When choosing a procedure I felt like I had the perfect amount of information to make a choice I wouldnt be anxious about. Dr. Goel is extremely pleasant and friendly.
