    Got the SMILE procedure done by Dr. Goel. He is one of the nicest doctors Ive ever dealt with. Hes friendly, professional, and very calming (in case youre nervous, which I was not). Youre only in the procedure room for about 10 minutes, some of that time being used to put eye drops in and get you lined up with the machine. He walks you through the whole procedure (played my choice of music!!) and made me feel extremely comfortable. The experience was so fast and I didnt feel anything. He even called me that night to personally check up on me. I wish all doctors were like him!

    Dr Goel and his staff are awesome! I went for a lasik consultation, and decided to have the surgery a month later. Everyone I interacted with seemed to genuinely enjoy their job, which translates to better care in my opinion. I have albinism (which means there are problems with my vision that arent related to the lens and so lasik will never give me perfect eye sight), and Dr. Goel didnt write me off because of it. He seemed genuinely excited to give me the best vision I personally can have. Im writing this review on my phone, the day after surgery with no contacts and not zoomed in. I cant wait to experience the final results in a few months. Whether youre normal or not, Dr. Goel and his staff will be honest about your potential outcome, respectful to you, and frankly a pleasure to be around. If youve done your research and are ready for lasik, definitely go with Dr. Goel!

    Dr. Goel did my laser vision correction in 2000, and I got about 20 years of excellent vision from the procedure! Recently, I had an eye exam with another opthalmologist, who commented that whoever did your Lasik did a PERFECT job. I highly recommend this very experienced doctor for your vision correction!
