    Dr. Goel and his team were great. Courtney (at the Towson office)was very respectful and helpful in answering all my questions and getting things scheduled.The team in Columbia were amazing the day of surgery. Follow up was a breeze.One receptionist on the phone was difficult to coordinate things with but once I got a hold of Courtney everything was wonderful.I'm so glad I went with Dr. Goel and wish I had done this sooner.

    Got the SMILE procedure done by Dr. Goel. He is one of the nicest doctors I've ever dealt with. He's friendly, professional, and very calming (in case you're nervous, which I was not). You're only in the procedure room for about 10 minutes, some of that time being used to put eye drops in and get you lined up with the machine. He walks you through the whole procedure (played my choice of music!!) and made me feel extremely comfortable. The experience was so fast and I didn't feel anything. He even called me that night to personally check up on me. I wish all doctors were like him!

    Dr Goel and his staff are awesome! I went for a lasik consultation, and decided to have the surgery a month later. Everyone I interacted with seemed to genuinely enjoy their job, which translates to better care in my opinion. I have albinism (which means there are problems with my vision that aren't related to the lens and so lasik will never give me perfect eye sight), and Dr. Goel didn't write me off because of it. He seemed genuinely excited to give me the best vision I personally can have. I'm writing this review on my phone, the day after surgery with no contacts and not zoomed in. I can't wait to experience the final results in a few months. Whether you're "normal" or not, Dr. Goel and his staff will be honest about your potential outcome, respectful to you, and frankly a pleasure to be around. If you've done your research and are ready for lasik, definitely go with Dr. Goel!

    Dr. Goel did my laser vision correction in 2000, and I got about 20 years of excellent vision from the procedure! Recently, I had an eye exam with another opthalmologist, who commented that "whoever did your Lasik did a PERFECT job." I highly recommend this very experienced doctor for your vision correction!
