    Like most people with cataracts I was apprehensive of corrective eye surgery. With Dr. Goel it was a breeze from start to finish. The initial intake was easy, no wait time, professional and courteous personnel and conversations with Dr. Goel who alleviated all my concerns. The entire surgery only lasted about a half an hour and is done with a mild IV twilight sleep where you can hear and answer questions during the procedure. Dr. Goel did an amazing job and I was able to see 20/20 immediately after the surgery. I will be receiving my second eye surgery tomorrow and I am actually looking forward to it knowing how great it will be to see 20/20 out of both eyes. It should also be noted that Dr. Goel is the first choice of the Baltimore Ravens and these professional athletes could choose anyone for eye surgery and they have chosen Dr. Goel... quite an endorsement as these athletes make enough money to go anywhere. Lastly, the surgical center was equally great with competent and caring staff. I particularly appreciated Jack who performed the needle stick for the IV painlessly and administered the anesthesia. I can honestly say the I can not think of anything negative to say about Dr. Goel or the procedure and in fact it was my wife who recommended Dr. Goel as she had a similar good experience many years ago when receiving laser surgery for corrective vision. So I hope my experience alleviates any concerns you may have and you let Dr Goel work his magic. tom

    For several years, I knew I wanted LASIK but was admittedly reluctant to have eye surgery. I had done my own research but it was not until my consult at Goel Vision that I was truly bought in. During my consult, I had my eyes examined by Aimee. Her expertise and professionalism assured me that I was in the right hands, as she was able to answer all of my questions and articulate the details of the procedure in terms that I could understand. After meeting with Aimee, I sat with Dr. Goel for a debrief on which procedures I qualified for and which of those procedures he recommended. Dr. Goels humility and genuine care the his patients cannot be overstated. I had full trust in Dr. Goel and would recommend no one better when it comes to SMILE or LASIK. The procedure was quick, Aimee and Dr. Goel talked me through the entire procedure and the post-procedure recovery regiment was clearly defined and easy to follow. Simply put, Goel Vision is the gold standard in LASIK and SMILE procedures and I could not recommend them highly enough.

    I have never been to a doctors office with such friendly staff that are knowledgeable and work like a well oiled machine. Dr. Goel might be the mist genuine, caring Doctor I've ever worked with. I have already started recommending this office to friends and family. And, the procedure was smooth, easy and life changing.

    If you are looking for a place to correct your vision your search is over! After 28 years I said goodbye to glasses and contacts with Visian ICL surgery! I can now say I have 20/20 vision thanks to Dr. Sonny Goel! Dr. Goel and his staff are professional, friendly, and make you feel so comfortable from the consultation to post op checkups.
