Dr. Nguyen puts me through and very thorough set of examinations before seeing me in person. She answered all my questions and addressed all related issues. The down side to this is that it is a time-consuming process involving too much wait time through no fault of Dr. Nguyen. There are simply too few doctor serving too many patients.

Dr is GREAT. Very thorough. New tech who was learning the computer system so it was a VERY long visit. 2 1/4 hrs
