Dr. Nguyen is thorough, professional, considerate, highly competent, and very comprehensive in her appointments with me! I really like and appreciate her and feel that I am in the very best hands with her!! Highly recommend!

Dr. Nguyen examined my eyes on January 27, 2022. She detected a detached retina in my right eye. My insurance provider does not cover services at Frantz Eyecare. She had staff call local ophthalmology clinics to refer me to for emergency treatment. I had a friend drive me to Bascom Palmer Eye Institute in Miami that evening. Dr. William Smiddy with the Institute operated on my eye the next morning. Dr. Nguyen saved the sight in my eye and a lot of money by finding a provider to take immediate care of my problem. She and the support staff at Frantz Eyecare were very caring and diligent in assisting me. I'd give them 100 stars if available!
