On Wed, April 30th, I was at The Fort Myers office for a retinopathy appointment. All of my experience with Frantz eye care has been exceptional. From the receptionist, the techs to the eye doctors & specialists.On Wednesday's appt there was one associate that stood out. His name is Brock. He was very engaging, friendly & informative. He made me feel like I was as member of his family, putting me at ease about my possible shot.Thank you to all associates for the excellent care!

Excellent office staff!! Dr Strosser and Tech Lessie were very thorough, were not rushed, and answered all my questions. Highly recommend!

Dr. Strosser was very thorough with the exam and referred me to the Ft. Myers office for further testing which gave me great comfort knowing nothing would be missed. Patrice was reassuring with my care and concerns which made a big difference to ease my mind. Thank you all for being a wonderful team to work with!!
