I felt taken care of at every step of the exam. No rushing through the process like other offices do. The doctor took time to explain his findings, answered my questions and provided recommendations. Excellent customer service.

I have been going to Frantz for a couple years now and everytime is a great experience. Staff is always professional and very nice. Dr. Strosser is great as well.

Absolutely the best most thorough exam I have ever had. The Dr explained all the results clearly and patiently. I did not feel rushed through as is so common today. The staff was lovely as well. I love that this business has all areas of professionals needed for eye care in house! That is intelligent and professional and certainly best for us patients!!thank you! Chesley Stone
