We have been patients of Dr Paez for several years now. He is always courteous, efficient while doing the eyes exam and accurate on the prescription. The Staff at Frantz Eye Care are very knowledgeable and caring. My husband had cataract surgery performed by Dr Frantz and it was very successful. When I made my appointment by phone the assistant scheduled me for the Ft Myers office when I requested to go to the Goodlette Naples location where I always go to. When I showed up for my appointment in Naples I was informed my appointment was scheduled in Ft Myers where I never went. The assistant was quick to accommodate me since I waited since January for my appointment to address an issue with my right eye. I am grateful the accommodated me and I now have an appointment with the retina specialist to determine if I need surgery. Tha k you Frantz Eyecare.
