Met with Lessie and Dr. Vaziri. While I had to wait awhile, the lobby was stocked with cold drinks and coffee was available. The visit was worth the wait. I came away with many options to improve my dry eyes.

Good experience, dr was caring, thorough and didnt feel rushed. Only down side waited 40 mins in the lobby prior to being seen(appt at 9am, was seen at 9:40am).
