The staff here are very friendly and I never have to wait long. Dr. Paez is so kind and great to work with. I never felt pressured into purchasing anything I didnt need. I recommend this location highly.

My wife has had 4 eye surgeries from Dr. Corant and he is great. We are in the Naples office so much we should live there. The office manager Carol Luepkeyer may be OK with the employees there but is terrible with the patients. If you try to explain a staff problem to her she will cut you off and also not listen as she has made up her mind without hearing what the problem is all about. I was speaking quietly with her and she almost told me to get out of the office and refused to listen to my complaint. My wife only has one good eye and had surgery yesterday and I told the tech. Briana that I wanted the Doctor to do the eye pressure test and she was persistent that we had to see her first and that it would be done her way. I told her that my wife only had one eye and I did not want her to do the test only the doctor. she brought in the manager Carol Luepkeyer and she immediately told me not to be rude to her employee I tried to explain the problem but she would not listen. I never write these reviews but felt it should be known if you have a loved one who you are looking after the doctors are great but the manager and Brianda are not.

I had LASIK done to both of my eyes 5 days ago...and I highly recommend Dr. Robin and the team at Frantz Eye Care! I was very nervous about he procedure, but they were phenomenal! I am thrilled to be glasses and contact free...so life-changing!

I was very disappointed yesterday. I arrived around 1:10 for my 1:15 appointment and was not see until 4:20. No one should have to wait 3 hours to see the Dr. I have an app. May 4th and if I have to wait more than 30 minutes I will leave. Someone should have come out to tell us that they were that far behind and given us the option to leave and come back another day.

Dr. Jeffrey Robin and his staff are outstanding professionals. I have every confidence in them, I feel assured they are the best. His assistants are amazing, Nicole is extremely thorough and informative and Katie ensures that you are at ease during the procedure!!! Not to mention their friendliness and hospitality. Much consideration is given to the comfort of the patient. It is a very welcoming place. With Dr. Robins array of expertise and professionalism I am pleased to recommend Dr. Robins for LASIK!!!
