Fantastic experience. From the time I made the appointment to the time I finished. Janea was amazing such a talented respectful young professional. Anna Marie made me feel very comfortable and confident as she prepared me for my examination. Finally this was the first time I met Dr Warrior and now know she will be my eye doctor for life. She was the best physician I have ever had for any occasion for any reason. Patient understanding and caring.

Several weeks ago, my wife had fainted walking on the street and hitting her head above her left eye. It caused a large hematoma, bleeding and black and blue from head to her chest. She spent a night in the hospital. A couple of weeks later she started complaining about vision problems. She called the main office and was told by the person at the other end that she needed to see a neuro ophthalmologist and that they didnt do that sort of exam. A week later she saw her primary care doctor and could only read the top line E in her left eye. She was told to make an appointment with a doctor who would exam her. The next day we called back to Dr Frantz, office. I pointed out that how poorly she was treated, especially as we were both patients. The receptionist made the call to the Naples office and assured us that she would be seen that day no matter how busy the office was. To their credit, she was seen within 5 minutes of arrival. All of the technicians were professional as was Dr Paez who assured us that there were no tears or detached retina and all tests were normal except for a mature cataract.
