lovely new office, music somewhat annoying, once called back the process went smoothly. polite staff. questions answered. I was there about 3 hours for check up and retinal photos. dilated pupils lasted 10 hours. plan your day accordingly.

Extremely professional from the moment you arrive to the moment your appointment ends. One thing that will always stick out in my mind is when I was doing all the testing prior to cataract surgery was Dr. Frantz saying to me I dont want to leave this room unless you are certain that you have asked me about all of your concerns. Highly unusual but very much appreciated.Mike Hayes
