First impression: fabulous! Dr. Frantz is soft spoken and he shows compassion for his clients, especially when surgery is needed. Each staff member is courteous and knowledgeable. The atmosphere is beyond belief. Everything is immaculate and quite lovely as you enter the building. its an experience just walking in the door! I would highly recommend Dr. Frantz.Graci Vinny

This young woman dr was excellent, by far the most thorough eye exam I ever had here and I have been to this location 3x. Staff was courteous caring and professional especially the woman who helped me choose my new silhouette frames which are so light you can barely feel them on your face!Thank You .

The service I received from the tech and the doctor was very professional, the office staff also professional. The only thing I disliked is the size of the waiting room, its very small and not enough chairs. In the Naples office.
