My experience was wonderful. Frantz EyeCare has their processes down like a well oiled machine. The service and their timing was just a breath of fresh air. The atmosphere was also very peaceful and refreshing . Their staff was well trained and very attentive. I ran operations for a very large company so these things are important to me. I generally sit and observe business operations when I'm in a place as a consumer. I start honing in right away on what needs to change or be addressed so the consumer has a better experience. I must say, there is nothing I found or observed that needed attention. FIVE STARS!!

Excellent treatment by all the staff at both Naples and Ft, Myers as well as the surgery center. The drivers to and for surgery are very caring. Dr. Persyk is caring and awesome
