First, I like your office. Second I like Dr. Burch very much. I usually spend 1 1/2 - 2 hours there for my appointment. On Thursday 2/10 I was there 3 hours and 15 minutes. I went back with 1st tec within 10 minutes. Then to middle waiting room for 10 minutes or so. Then to testing on machines. After the tests I went back to the middle waiting room for 1 hour 10 minutes. That is too long for a patient to sit and wait to see the doctor. The first part of visit went smoothly. I asked a tech after about 45 -50 minutes to please check on my appointment status, she said she would, I never saw her again. Disappointing. Then waited about 1/2 hour later a male tec came and got me to see Dr. Burch. I do blame it on the snow bird season, and I feel there was over booking. Parking lot full to capacity, never have I seen it full. While many people came into middle waiting room after me, and filled it up, it emptied out before I saw doctor. I will continue to be a patient for now. Please correct.

I had a consultation with Lauri. She recommended a treatment with the Obagi skin care line. Ive been using it for a little over 30 days and I get compliments almost daily abt my skin. (Im 50+ yrs old).Later I saw her to get tattooed eyeliner. I was beyond scared/nervous/shaking at the thought. My pain threshold is abt as deep as a puddle. Once the appt started, she explained everything she was doing as she did it. That made me relax (a lil bit). Once she started, I completely relaxed, it was absolutely nothing like like expected. I had ZERO pain/discomfort. Im so happy I decided to do it. It turned out perfect!!! If youve wanted to get tattooed eyeliner, dont hesitate.it was not near as painful as you imagine.
