Lehigh location - Tracy is great. Dr. Burkley is great. Receptionist Ashley makes you feel like you're a homeless person trying to check into the Ritz Carlton, not like you're a customer who's taken three hours of leave to make an appointment and who will likely be leaving substantial cash at Frantz. Uppity and more than a little condescending.Since I got out of hard contacts in the 90s, I've never met a doctor who needed to see me again, IN PERSON, in order to issue a lens prescription. So 10 days after my exam, I was still waiting on a prescription (more time off). Their internet or "system" seems to be down often, also, complicating ability to print documents or email confirmations.Otherwise, coffee, cookies, and candy are nice touches, and aside from reception, staff seems great.

Very happy with service, Friendly, Knowledgeable, the staff and Dr. answered all of my questions, and concerns that I had , I highly recommend them for all your eye needs.

Clean comfortable office. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. And the visit was very nice, no stress.Downfalls, the amount of paperwork filled out...but nobody reads it. I indicated in multiple locations across the book of forms that I had no Medical insurance, but at the end when checking out & trying to set an appt w/ Retinal specialist they asked, what medical insurance do you have.?

All staff members were very professional and knowledgeable. Dr. Burkley took time to answer all of my questions. It was a truly great experience!
