Office personnel with excellent customer service skills. The only complaint was dealing with Mariah, front desk from Fort Myers. She is very rude and gets frustrated easily. Needs to be educated on customer service. The Lehigh acres ladies can give her a few classes.

Dr. Bockman was recommended to me by Amalia who also works at Frantz and she was great! Both Amalia and Dr. Bockman were very nice and I had an excellent experience. I will definately be returning.
