Team members Leslie and Dr. Haidet went above and beyond to treat my issue over the Labor Day weekend. I called after hours for guidance to get me through until Tuesday , but they arranged an appointment on that Monday. All went well following the visit and prescribed treatment. Great experience.

Haven't had my surgery yet.. but...So far the experience with Dr Frantz and staff are amazing.Everyone was very knowledgeable and friendly

VERY PROFESSIONAL! Everyone was KIND, CONSIDERATE, HELPFUL AND HONEST. This was very important to me. The office was immaculate. Very NICE STAFF.

Ive gone to this eye place for years. Every one of the ladies there is so sweet normally till I got on the phone with a new lady today. Her attitude and way she spoke to me on the phone was absolutely unprofessional and shady. Ive came to this place every 6 months for 3 years. My friend who I recommended this place to told me about her recent bad experience with her as well but I never had to deal with it till now. Unfortunately I will be taking my business elsewhere until the customer service is better. As someone who works in customer service too, its really not that hard to be nice. Work somewhere else if youre so unhappy
