First time at Frantz Eye Care , I didnt know what to expect , but I was greeted by a friendly young lady and after I was called in by Caroline she was very nice and knowledgeable I was surprised that she did a lot of the thing I thought were done by the doctor! Dr . Burkley was very nice as well I had a very nice experience! The lady (sorry I forgot her name) that help me pick out my glasses was also very nice and took the time to explain everything to me! ! Thank you all very much! Agueda Cerda

09/14/2023. Follow-up appointment after cataract surgery with Dr. Feder and Lessie was as pleasant as always. I can't praise this whole team enough. Their empathy and genuine concern for their patient's condition is amazing. They have supported me well through my whole visual recovery journey.This visit also included the purchase of some glasses and Baiba continued the excellent and very professional service I have come to expect from this practice. The advice and concern for the best outcome is always uppermost in their minds, and Baiba certainly reflects that tremendously. The admin staff are always welcoming and very pleasant. It is an unusual but very appreciated environment in today's World of social distancing and appointment rushing. Thank you everyone for this appointment and outcome today.
