Great doctors, staff and work. Just wish the wait time was less. Guess thats the trade off for going to a popular doctor! My cataract surgery went very well and the follow up for 2 other conditions is satisfactory.

From beginning to end I felt as though all employees were well trained, very attentive and compassionate. Also, the entire medical staff were highly professional, very thorough and attentive.

The step by step Eye Exam process was through. Your personnel were very knowledgeable and provided concise answers to numerous questions. Follow on scheduling was rapid and conformed to my needs.The only down side was that the day of my examination was a very busy day in the office resulting in the whole process taking a lot of time.I would give a grading of A to the whole exercise.... A+ if there werent so many people that were being processed through on the day.

Dr Franz was very thorough in his assessment of my condition. He lexplained my options for cataract surgery and listened to my expectations post surgery before recommending a course of action.
