From the time I walked in to Dr. Frantzs beautiful lobby - as a new patient - to the time I left, EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT. I encountered nothing but professional, kind, knowledgeable, and caring people. Dr. Legiec and his assistants were amazing! Lessie did a remarkable job of doing all my pre-testing and making me comfortable. Checkout was easy and efficient. Throughout the appointment, all my questions were answered, no guessing! I had the same eye doctor for many years before I left Ohio. I was nervous that I wouldnt find someone I liked as well as him. Nothing to worry about that here!! Couldnt be happier with the entire appointment.
