I waited in the lobby for an extremely long time. I finally approached the desk and asked why I hadnt been called after waiting for an hour and was told that they had been looking for me. But someone in the office felt badly about the situation and expedited me to have my appointed fulfilled. In spite of all that, I was treated well and was very impressed with the office personnel from that point forward. The service was excellent!!

All staff are competent. Place is meticulously clean. Dr. Feder told me more about my eyes than anyone else in my life. Shes fantastic.
