In all my years of visiting the eye doctor, I have never had as thorough of an exam as I just experienced. It started with a friendly greeting at the front desk, got better with the first technician responsible for pre exam evaluation. Dr Strosser bed side manor is text book awesome- the way every doctor should present themselves. His exam room assistant was cheery and soothing. I got out of my appointment and said to my wife that was the best eye exam I have ever had. And I have had more than a few. Highly recommend!

I had a 9:30 a.m. appointment I checked in and was called by 9:40 a.m. The girl I believe her name was Amanda was very good and very thorough. I then saw the doctor who also was very professional very thorough and very nice. I highly recommend Dr Frantz office especially the alico office because everybody I came in contact with from the receptionist to the doctor was fabulous.

A SHETLAND PONY, in a medical,sterile ,,facility ??? Enough with the comfort pets.l;Not their fault. THIS PATIENT has gone to far ;as she has no respect for patients , having eye surgery. WOULD THIS BE ALLOWED in a hospital?? I hope more people that were there post their disgust. What a stain on a facility Ive trusted with my eye sight.I highly regard the DRS.and staff.and want to stay their patient.
