    This particular location in Fort Myers off of Eco Road is a one stop shop. You have everything in one building, including an outpatient surgery area as well as different testing areas, which is great. Everybody was extremely courteous and professional, and took the extra time to explain everything thoroughly as well as give me a few options for what I needed. The only issue I had was that I was only there for a annual check up so I didnt expect the visit to be too long, but I actually was there for almost 3 hours And on top of that, the entire building is freezing. Real not really a huge complaint, but that is a very long time and the wait time in between seeing the different people for the different exam. Exams was just way too long.. and by the time I got out of there, I was frozen salad, which I dont do well in the cold due to my immune system so Ill needless to say it took me a few hours to regain normal body temperature lol. So my only suggestion is try to do better with those wait times the system is great and I like the way everything is set up and done, but I cant be there for three hours for a regular eye appointment. I normally go to the Lehigh office and Im done in about an hour or maybe a little over an hour but the only reason I went to the Fort Myers location is because I couldnt get into Lehigh for almost 2 months. Overall experience great though.

    I have been going to Dr. Frantz for 30 plus years. Today I went in for my eye exam and was very happy with the service I received. Everyone that works there is great, friendly and helpful. I want to send out a special thank you to Reagen Dotson. She is great. Very helpful and explained everything to me. I had a few questions since it was 4 years since going for an eye exam. She answered all my questions about my eyes. I hope next year when I go back for my next exam I am lucky enough to get Reagen. I hope all the staff at Frantz Eye Care have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. See ya next year.
