Excellent Client Care!!The time and attention given to diagnose and determine my eye pain was very satisfying. They are upfront with their diagnosis and will tell you surgery is the last resort. The facility is warm and inviting and a coffee bar and cookies in the waiting room. I never felt rushed nor did I feel I was in an overbooked waiting room. I highly recommend these doctors!!!

I was on vacation in Ft. Myers when I was diagnosed with shingles on my face and near my eye. I called Frantz EyeCare hoping to get an appointment. The receptionist who answered the phone was friendly and accommodating and was able to get me in that morning. I saw Dr. Nguyen, who was thorough and did a wonderful job explaining what was going on and answering my questions. The office is busy but the wait time was minimal. If I lived down here or need EyeCare on my next vacation I would definitely return to Frantz.
