    All the staff members were extremely pleasant and cordial. It did appear that some patients had been waiting a long time and a couple had to reschedule. This seems to be the norm everywhere in Ft. Myers. My wait seemed about right. However, my appointment had been mysteriously changed to the wrong doctor. After we discovered this, everyone was very apologetic and I was rescheduled for a new appointment. I found personnel to be thorough and professional. Needing to return is slightly annoying, but evidently there are others doing the same, for different reasons.

    The staff are very friendly and efficient. They have up to date equipment to help the doctor diagnose your problem. I highly recommend Frantz EyeCare in Fort Myers.
