I was on vacation in Ft. Myers when I was diagnosed with shingles on my face and near my eye. I called Frantz EyeCare hoping to get an appointment. The receptionist who answered the phone was friendly and accommodating and was able to get me in that morning. I saw Dr. Nguyen, who was thorough and did a wonderful job explaining what was going on and answering my questions. The office is busy but the wait time was minimal. If I lived down here or need EyeCare on my next vacation I would definitely return to Frantz.

First class service during my first visit to Frantz Eye Care. They squeezed me in to see Dr. Feder to address an issue with my left eye that could not wait for the next available appointment. I couldn't be more impressed with the professionalism and the attention to detail paid by the entire staff. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else for eye care after this.

This was our (my wife and I) first visit to Frantz Eye Care, and we both were totally pleased. The office staff was pleasant and warming. The eye care team was friendly and professional. Dr. Feder provided a thorough exam and took time to explain her findings, every step of the way. She's awesome. Thank you all for providing true customer care.
