I had cataract surgery 15 years ago in Washington, D.C. by one the top opthalmogists in the city and moved to Florida a year ago. As a doctor myself, I was told by friends that eye care here in Florida wouldnt compare with what I was used to. They were rightits BETTER. Dr. Plous and Dr. Frantz are both phenomenal and because of existing eye conditions, I requiredand receivedgreat care. Dr. Frantz suggested that I get YAK laser treatment to restore the clarity for my eye that had cataract surgery years ago and it was a great success. I am very pleased with all the eye care Ive received at Frantz, and their staff is terrific.

Dr Frantz changed my life. My eyes where so bad that I never wore my glasses outside. But it wasn't until I got cataracts that I needed to do something because I couldn't pass the eye test for my license. I had no idea how good this would be. I was always afraid of something going wrong. But now after 3 years it has changed my life. No more redness dirty contacts, itchy eyes. The part that stuck out the most and this is huge, when Dr. Frantz gave me the follow up eye exam and I was 20/20 he was more excited then I was. There was no guarantee I was going to see that well. I cannot ever thank him enough. If you thinking about it, do it. If you are shopping for the best Doctor, know that he cares. Doc, if you read this, thank you so much.
