Other than waiting longer than my actual appointment everything went smooth. A couple of things that needs your attention and needs to be changed is many of the employees were chewy gum very noticeable and not professional.And when the employees gets close to the client, a face mask needs to be worn,(I dont want to smell your bad breath)..

I was very nervous going in for SMILE, but Dr. Burch and Riley did a great job calming me down and performing the surgery. I appreciated that they were able to joke with me through the procedure to calm my nerves. One of my greatest coping mechanisms, truly. Kathleen and Janette were also very helpful in my first post-op, as was Dr. Feder.

They have a great new office building built to serve any patient with better and faster care. The staff appears to be trained for each of their responsibilities including courtesy and creating pleasant experiences. My Doctor did an excellent job of explaining each of the tests they performed, the results of each test and the prognosis of the procedures. She then further informed me of how and why the condition existed and what future treatments should be handled. The entire appointment was a great experience and relief to my concerns. I would highly recommend the firm to any and all of my friends and relatives.
