    The customer service was excellent - from the moment that I walked in the door - the ladies behind the desk greeted me, and within less than 5 minutes I was back getting my exam. The doctor was very thorough and explained the entire process and what was going on with my vision. I would highly recommend Frantz EyeCare and in particular this office!

    Im impressed with the thoroughness of the evaluation, the respectful treatment by Doctor and staff; my big complaint is that I was asked to come in a half hour early to fill out paperwork. I signed in and then sat down in the waiting area for 20 minutes. at 1:15, the time when I shouldve had my appointment, I went to check in at the desk. No one had given me anything to fill out in the 20 minutes that I sat and waited. After I went to the desk at 1:15, I was handed several pages of paperwork. Therefore, my visit was delayed. After that, I was pleased with how the visit went .

    I had my first visit to Frantz Eyecare on December 11. I was very impressed by the staff and facility. Im a recent Fort Myers resident - having lived in Philadelphia most of my life - and I had grown accustomed to medical care excellence. Im delighted to have found part of my local care team at Frantz EyeCare!
