Im very happy that I chose Frantz eye care in Cape Coral . The staff is very friendly. Lessie was outstanding, she did some tests on my eyes before I saw Dr. Johnson. Lessie was very nice and answered all my questions, she made my eye visit a pleasurable experience. Dr. Johnson was very thorough with my eye exam, and is very personable and professional She took the time to make sure my eyes were in tip top shape. I would highly recommend Frantz eye center .

I have been seen in both the Cape Coral and the Ft Myers locations. All of the staff and doctors are very caring and helpful. A special shoutout to Dr Feder and Dr Johnson for their patience and expertise.

I arrived at my schedule appointment on time and was told it was cancelled. This appointment was scheduled after Frantz Eye Care cancelled two of my previous appointments needless to say I was not happy since I received an e-mail reminder me that my appointment was July 3, 2025 at 2:45 PM. I was told that they would work me in but it will be awhile since I was not scheduled. I advised the receptionist that I scheduled an appointment in January 2024 to have Dr. Johnson see me in January 2025 and in August 2024 I received a phone call advising me that Dr. Johnson was out sick that day and I had to reschedule. I was advised in August 2024 that the next available appointment was in June 2025. I finally got an appointment in the 2nd week of July to see Dr. Johnson, and that was again cancelled and rescheduled to July 3,2025 at 2:45 PM to be told there was no scheduled appointment and now I had to wait to be see. I was thinking about finding another eye care practice after being a patient for over 10 years. I waited approximately 15 minutes when eye care technician Samantha R brought me back and began my appointment. Samantha R listen to me and apologized on behalf of Frantz Eye Care. This young lady through her personality and professional attitude diffused the entire situation and changed my opinion about looking for a new eye care practice. Samantha R is a valuable asset and deserves recognition for her work. I spoke with Dr Johnson regarding Samantha that she is an outstanding employee and Dr. Johnson agreed and advised to complete the survey. Dr. Johnson is also wonderful. I can not express how much Samantha R did for me and apparently she does this for all her patients. On a scale of 1-10 I will give SamanthaR 10+. The five stars are for Samantha R and Dr. Johnson.
