i arrived at the Cape Coral facility very close to the appointment time. this was my first appointment and I should have arrived earlier to fill out the required paperwork. Despite that, the people were accommodating and very professional and made every effort to see me at my appointed time. they showed great respect for m,y time. I would give my first visit 5 stars except the Cape Coral facility needs updating and it was having AC problems. The first appointment was strictly for diagnostic purposes. Overall, my first experience was positive and I have an appointment with Dr. Frantz to explore treatment options. I recommend Frantz Eye Care.

Dr Frantz performed lasik surgery on both my eyes 15 years ago and I still have 20/20 vision and dont wear glasses for anything at all. Im VERY happy with my results.
