Dr. Pappas was personable and knowledgeable. Had cataract surgery on both eyes with torque lens implants. I have been wearing glasses since I was 21 years old. I had astigmatism and near sighted in both eyes. I can now say that I have perfect 20 20 vision in both eyes now. Only glasses I need now are readers. Was there when needed as my vision was like being in a fog. He examined me and I am one of the patients that has issues with the steroid eye drops. Stopped using the previous drops and he changed them to another, and my vision cleared up. I am so happy with the outcome.

Dr. Pappas is a gem friendly, thoughtful, considerate, thorough. He took the time and trouble to explain everything involved with the cataract surgery and answer any questions. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone seeking cataract surgery.

If you are looking for the Gold Standard of Care look no further than Dr. Pappas and The Florida Eye Clinic! I just had my cataract surgery there last week. They are a well oiled team of Care, coordination , efficiency, respect and KINDNESS! Dr. Pappas warm, friendly nature makes you feel as though you have known him for years. He will not leave the room until ALL questions and concerns are addressed. He explains all aspects of the procedure and when you leave you will feel that you are in great hands. As a nurse my expectations for a high quality standard of care. is paramount for me, my family and patients. Unfortunately it is not always the case these days, but my expectations were exceeded. The surgical staff was warm and listened to any requests or last minute questions I may have had. This level of coordination and efficiency comes from great leadership and RESPECT for one another. I love team approaches and you are the most important part of that team!

Ive had eye issues since birth which have made me a high anxiety patient but Dr. Pappas was very patient and reassuring at every step.

I couldn't have gottn a better person to fix my eyes than Dr Pappas. I was seen at the appointed time on every visit. The procedure was explained in a way I could understand without scaring me. I was comfortable througout the whole procedure. And the results are everything he said they would be.
