Ive been going here for 20 years! Jackie at the desk is always helpful and positive, the technician (cant remember his name, wears glasses/moustache) is knowledgeable and friendly, and Dr. Hyman takes the time to explain things and answer questions, which I appreciate. Started bringing my 81-year-old Mom here last year too and theyre great with her as well.

Dr Hyman is terrific. I always feel comfortable talking to her, as if she's a friend or family member. She answers my questions in a way I can understand, and guides me through the process in a way that doesn't leave me feeling overwhelmed.

Dr Hyman was very professional and polite and listened well to my issue.The biggest issue I have with this office and Florida eye clinic is that no one ever answers the phone or return calls after messages are left. I have to keep calling several times in hope of someone answer your call during working hours.
