After my appointment yesterday, I can honestly say that I am happy I went to this doctor. I needed an exam and to update my prescription, and everything about this clinic/shop was perfect. In a word, the staff is "wonderful." The optometrist and her technicians ensured my comfort, handled all the paperwork and gave me the very best deal on new specs and contact lenses. While there, I overheard an employee named, Jackie handle a phone call from what sounded like a confused person. I've never seen such pleasant professional patience in all my life. Jackie made my day and my appointment a great experience. This is NOT one of those huge eye outfits where you are treated like a number instead of a person. This, and other observations demonstrated how much they value us, the customer/client...just like it should be. Plus, they have a nice selection of frames to choose from. A big thank-you to the great folks at Florida Eye Clinic in Windermere. Don't change a thing. I think I've found an eye doctor for life.

The staff was efficient and friendly. Dr. Hyman explained what she was doing at every step of the exam and answered all of my questions.

Ive been a patient of this Optometry team for more than a decade. I make the trek to Windermere because they are caring and professional. Dr Hyman, like Dr Sterling in the Winter Springs office, clearly enjoys what she does- and it shows in her excellent bedside manner and conscientious patient care.

This was my first time to Florida Eye Clinic and I have to say it was a terrific experience from start to finish .The team members are all friendly and professional. So far I am 100% satisfied.I would recommend this place to anyone needing vision care.

I love the atmosphere and efficiency of this clinic. I love the fact that theyre right next to my OT gym, so convenient! Ive been patronizing them for years, and I have no desire to go elsewhere for even the smallest of needs.
