I really like the doctors in his text I do believe the receptionist needs to have some customer service skills I felt like I was being treated like a child because when they first searched my medicare number they couldn't find it and then they proceeded to tell me it was inactive and then they proceeded to tell me how the deductibles went I know how the deductibles go and when they researched again voila it was there and again instead of saying I'm so sorry for the confusion I was told well it's the first year and you know how Medicare is what a horrible thing to say to a patient are to a customer the first time they were coming it left a very bad taste in my mouth for the front end staff
