Wait time was 45 minutes to get taken back in the room with no explanation from the front desk staff. On good side the staff in the back were very personable and professional. The doctor was outstanding and took time to explain procedure and tests and all results. Overall an 8 of of 10 experience.

Great professional service , they only problem is they dont use epic so I could not see my visits nor my medical history and their services or my future visits in my chart app other than that everything was very good.

I have so many questions about a treatment for my eyes that in the office that Im going to have it..nobody couldnt help me.I passed by the Michigan location and I went inside and asked the lady at front several questions...she was so nice, perfect actitud and able to help right in the moment,her name is Nancy...then she got somebody else to help me more about the treatment...her name Lauren.Between the two of them answered all my questions.Such a great exprience.Thank you both soooo much! Keep the good work
