Everyone is absolutely welcoming and courteous. Just had a little bump with the lady in the optical center on Michigan. I left two messages took a ride back to talk to her about my order and she seemed bother and never revieved a call back from her..

Dr. Ledbetter takes the time to explain the procedure and answer any questions that come up during the visit! Super Doctor! The office staff and the scheduler at the Michigan street office are great and make sure you have what you need before you step out the door at the end of the appt. Kudos!

This was our first visit to this location and everyone was very nice and very professional. My 89 year old mother, who was the patient, was extremely pleased with Dr. Ledbetter and the entire staff!
