I have been a patient of Doctor Ledbetter for several months and in January had cataract surgery on my right eye. As a consequence I have had the opportunity to visit the Michigan location a few times and continue to be pleasantly pleased and impressed with my experience.Not only is the staff professional, experienced and efficientthey are also wonderful! They are so kind, engaging, warm andpersonable, that it is almost impossible not to respond in kind. However, I did find one additional aspect worth notingthey actually treat each other the same way! This has a subliminal effect on the patient experience, enhancing the sense of respect and true care!!Kudos to you doctor, I know that excellence and a happy staff and work environment - translates into a happy patients environmentand this starts at the top!
