Compared to the Michigan office I would over all say this office is fantastic. Wait was not bad at all for us. Dr Grubbs was very thorough and had a great bed side manor which is awesome. Although my glasses have to returned due to lab putting the wrong lenses in them. I feel it will be taken care of. The office staff is very nice and helpful. The Optical Dept is great. Overall a good experience.

Average wait times, clean waiting room. Nurses were very pleasant. Dr Grubbs was very thorough, explained what he was doing and what the tests are for. Although he wasn't able to find anything wrong with my eyes (I went for eye pain), he did walk me through all my follow up options at other places to check out other possible causes. Very good bedside manner.

I was an hour late for my procedure because I programed my alarm incorrectly. Dr. Ngyuyen still choose to see me and did not chastise me. This is excellent patient care service!
