It is difficult to get quality customer service now a days and we truly appreciate the kindness and great experience from entering to the front desk to completing with the appointment. My husband and I have been seeing Dr Grubbs for years now. And we look forward to seeing him every single time. He is the absolute best! Personable, compassionate, and happily answers all of your questions. I did give it 4 stars instead of 5 only because sometimes the wait is a little long. However, they are moving to a new location close by soon to accommodate his patients.
